An order is eligible for Return or Exchange only once.
Exchanges are accepted incase of size mismatch, the same product can be exchanged for a different size. Incase, the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a credit note worth the cost of the product, that can be redeemed on the website within 1 year.
We do not accept Returns, unless the product arrives damaged. Products on sale are not eligible for returns. Dupattas & Sarees are not eligible for returns. In case of any returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer and the return has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please read the product description carefully and choose your size aptly from the given size chart, all our garments come with 2 to 3 inches of margin inside, for ease of alteration. Slight colour variations are possible between the actual product and the digital images.
We strive towards providing you with a seamless shopping experience and we do a thorough quality check of our garments before finally dispatching them, in case the product received by you has a manufacturing defect and you would want to return it, please feel free to contact us.
We do NOT provide any refunds. A refund can only be provided in terms of Store Credit. The store credit will be shared via email in the form of a coupon code which is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be redeemed on our website on customer's next purchase.
