The product is natural dyed and handblock printed, slight irregularities in the colour or the print is inevitable. It actually enhances the charm of the handmade product.

Slight colour difference is possible between the digital image and the actual colour of the product.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted incase of size mismatch, the same product can be exchanged for a different size. We do not accept Returns, unless the product arrives damaged.

Wash Care Instructions

Handwash gently with mild detergents. Do not soak. Dry inside out in shade. Dry clean is ideal but can be home washed too. The product is natural dyed and hence will bleed colour during wash, wash seperately.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Shipping is calculated at the checkout, based on the weight of the products in the cart and the delivery pin code.

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.

Shipping timelines for International orders will be 5 to 7 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

In case of address modifications, please email us on entwinehyd@gmail.com , the address will be updated if the order has not been dispatched.

An order is eligible for Return or Exchange only once.

Incase, the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a credit note worth the cost of the product, that can be redeemed on the website within 1 year.

We do not accept Returns, unless the product arrives damaged. Products on sale are not eligible for returns. Dupattas & Sarees are not eligible for returns.

In case of any returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer and the return has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please read the product description carefully and choose your size aptly from the given size chart, all our garments come with 2 to 3 inches of margin inside, for ease of alteration.

Slight colour variations are possible between the actual product and the digital images.

We strive towards providing you with a seamless shopping experience and we do a thorough quality check of our garments before finally dispatching them, in case the product received by you has a manufacturing defect and you would want to return it, please feel free to contact us.

We do NOT provide any refunds. A refund can only be provided in terms of Store Credit.
